Hotel Monterrey Macroplaza, Monterrey

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, initially did not meet expectations due to noise issues. However, the location was exceptional, right in the heart of Monterrey downtown. The hotel's service was friendly and accommodating, though with some minor hiccups.
